- Abraham "grampa" Simpson: Abe is Homer’s
father, he lives in the Springfield Retirement Home. Abe has another "bastard"
son : Herbert Powell. His wife was (and still is) a hippie, who ran away from Homer and
him.
- Apu Nahasapeemapetilon: Indian Kwik-E-Mart storekeeper. He likes to
fool his customers by selling old, hairy hot-dogs against outrageous prices. He survived
many armed robbery’s, of which he can proudly show of 8 shot-wounds in the chest.
- Barney Gumble: Barney used to be a student with a future, until Homer
offered him beer. Now he spends 24 hours a day at Moe’s tavern. His only income was
once to be said 'sucking coins out of the love tester', but he has also been seen at the
sperm donation center.
- Bart Simpson: 10-year old vandal. His teachers, parents and the rest of
Springfield hold their breath if they see Bart. Every episode he has to write a line on
the blackboard over and over. He likes teasing Moe on the phone, loves Krusty and collects
everything that has to do with him.
- Brandine: Cletus’ girlfriend (how he got one is a mystery).
- Mr. Charles Montgomery Burns: The devil himself. As a 104-year old
owner of the Springfield Nuclear Power plant, he likes to fire his employees. He hates his
mother ( who is 128 years old! ), and the only person who likes him, is his gay side-kick
: Smithers.
- Car : handsome black employee in the plant. Also Homer's boss.
- Chesperito Bumble Bee Man: He’s a Mexican guy who plays in some
stupid sit-com. Homer loves this type of TV.
- Cletus: He is a dumb guy, sometimes you’re wondering if he even
HAS a brain.
- professor Frink: He invents all kinds of silly ( and extremely
dangerous ) things. He’s technical advisor at Itchy and Scratchy land.
- Dr. Julius Hibbert: He’s the family’s doctor. He propably is
the brother of Bleeding gums Murphy.
- Herbert Powell: Homer’s half brother. Used to be president of a
gigantic auto-imperium, till he found out he was a Simpson. Homer made him lose all his
money, but Maggie brought him back to the top.
- Herman: Herman is a crazy storekeeper. He sells all kinds of
militaristic things such as authentic nazi-underwear. He once kidnapped Milhouse’s
father and chief Wiggum, but he also did good things like helping Bart conquer Nelson, a
bully.
- Homer Simpson: 36 years old. He’s big, fat and lazy. He works in
the Nuclear Power plant as a safety inspector. When he eats something, he makes this
"Mmmmm....<fill in food>" sound. He drinks at Moe’s tavern. He’s
incredibly dumb, he always has a different opinion than "normal people". He
loves his wife and kids, except for "the boy"!
- Itchy and Scratchy: The cat and mouse in a cartoon on the Krusty-show.
You can compare them the best with Tom and Jerry, but Itchy and Scratchy has more blood in
it. Usually Scratchy has to die.
- "Jackie" Jackueline Bouvier: Marge’s mother. Old lady,
who doesn’t like Homer. Her husband died in a freak roller coaster accident.
- Jasper: Abe Simpson’s friend. He has a long white beard and a
wooden leg.
- Jimbo Jones: He’s the school bully. Together with his friends,
Kearney and Dolph, he takes other children’s lunch money.
- Kent Brockman: In the sixties he was known as Kenny Brockelstein. He
presents the news and talkshows like "Eye on Springfield". People say he won an
Emmy.
- Ms. Edna Krabappel: Bart’s fourth grade teacher. Her husband left
her and now she needs psychiatric help. She goes after every man in Springfield (even
Homer!).
- Krusty the Klown: He presents the Krusty show. He’s Jewish by
birth, his real name is Hershel Krustofsky. He has a third nipple. Actually he’s a
cigarette-smoking, porn-loving drunk. No good example for the kids. He also runs a
fast-food chain, but he doesn’t like his own food.
- Lenny: Employee at the Power plant with a nasal voice.
- Lionel Hutz: The worst lawyer you’ve ever seen! He’s corrupt
and loses every trial. Homer always hires him.
- Lisa Simpson: She’s an 8-year-old, but she’s very
intelligent. She’s a number one jazz fan, and plays the blues on her saxophone as a
professional, although her fingers are too stubby to become a professional.
- Rev. Lovejoy: Reverend of the Springfield Church. His daughter Jessica
is a devil in an angel’s costume.
- Luigi: Owner of a restaurant. Sucks up to his customers and than calles
them names in the presence of his cook, Salvadore.
- McBain: Rainier Wolfcastle is his real name. He’s an actor out of
diverse brainless movies. While he clearly has an Austrian accent (Arnold Shwarzenegger?),
he gets hired to play a Scottish person with the name McBain!
- Maggie Simpson: She wears a blue dress. She likes TV more than her
brother and sister but she's pretty smart for her age (1). Some people even believe that
she IS the smartest of the family. She said one word ( daddy ) except for in the Tree
house of Horrors, where she once said : "What a disturbing world this is".
- Marge Simpson/Bouvier: Homer’s wife, she has an enourmous haircut.
She loves Homer and seems to be the only one who understands him.
- Martin Prince: The #1 of Bart’s class. Has an IQ of 216.
- Milhouse Van Houten: Bart’s spit brother, his best friend in all
circumstances. Milhouse looks nerdy, but he’s a loyal friend. He’s often put
with his head in the toilet by Jimbo, Dolph and Kearney.
- Moe Slyzak: Owner of the tavern. He keeps himself busy with illegal
gambling.
- dr. Marvin Monroe: Psychologist who only makes people worse. Tries to
sell everything that has a psychologic smell. He died without somebody noticing.
- Bleeding Gums Murphy: Jazz-musician who never went to the dentist.
He’s Lisa’s big idol. He passed away in the sixth season.
- Ned Flanders: Family Simpson’s neighbour. He’s
hyper-religious.
- Nelson Muntz: Bully at Bart’s school. He’s famous for his
"ha-ha" laughing style. He laughs at everybody, but Nelson himself is not very
smart. Lisa had a crush on him once, and they shared their first kiss with eachother.
- dr. Nick Riviera: This guy calls himself a doctor. What he REALLY is is
not very clear, but everybody knows he’s certainly not qualified for it!
- Ottoman: Tattood macho who drives the school bus. He’s a
heavy-metal fan and always carries a walk-man with him. Plays excellent guitar solo's.
- Patty Bouvier: She’s Marge’s sister and Selma’s twin
sister. She smokes like a factory and she hates men, especcially Homer. But ONCE she was
in love with Skinner. She does adore McGyver; though.
- Ralph Wiggum: classmate of Lisa. Son of chief Wiggum. Puts everything
in his mouth that gets close to him : grass, pencils...But his favourite is paste.
- Santa’s little Helper: Family Simpson’s greyhound dog.
- Selma Bouvier: She’s Marge’s sister and Patty’s twin
sister. She has the same interests as her twin sister, except that Selma is always looking
for a husband. She was shortly married to Bob Terwilliger and Troy McClure.
- Sideshow Bob Terwilliger: Bob once was Krusty’s side-kick, but he
almost framed Krusty for an armed robbery at the Kwik-E-Mart. Bob hates Bart Simpson, the
boy who put him in jail 8 times.
- Sideshow Mel: Mel is Bob’s replacement, but Mel is weak and soft.
In Krusty’s show, he speaks trough a whistle.
- principal Seymour Skinner: He’s the principal of Springfield
Elemantary. Skinner still lives with his mother, and she sees her son still as "her
little boy". Skinner is also a Vietnam veteran. His REAL name is Armin Tamzarian...
- Waylon Smithers : Mr. Burns’ favorite (and only) side-kick.
Smithers is constantly sucking up to his boss, because he loves Burns so much ( Smithers
made the cover of "Gay Magazine"). He also has a computer with a screensaver
that has Mr. Burns saying : "Smithers, you’re quite good at, turning me
on." In his free time Smithers plays with Malibu Stacey dolls.
- Snake: a criminal with a tattood snake on his arm. For him it’s
always "time for some crime!"
- Snowball II: replacement cat for Snowball I, in one episode he could
play the piano ( Bart gets an elephant ).
- Troy McClure: Springfield’s most famous actor, appears in every
film, documentary or whatsoever.
- chief Wiggum: chief of the Springfield police. He’s big and fat.
When the mob gives him money in a speech against corruption, all he says is : "you
couldn’t pick a worse moment than this."
- groundskeeper Willie: He works at Springfield Elementary and is a
body-builder. He films people making out together and thinks it’s normal. He never
denies his Scottish roots...
